 Custom Doll Order Process 

1) Customize Your Doll

Select all your specific doll options like wig, eyes, skin color and more! You can also take advantage of our Special Offers to add additional items at a discount when purchasing your doll. We have two shipping methods: (1) Standard - from Toronto, and (2) Expedite / Dropship. View this short video to learn more!

2) Place Your Order

Payment accepted by credit card and Paypal. We can also accept payment by e-transfer (within Canada), payment In-Store (Toronto, Canada only), bank draft and more! Ask about additional savings when paying with a No Fees method. Layaway Plans available!

3) Factory Makes Custom Doll

This will take approximately 1-2 weeks for TPE dolls, and up to a month for silicone dolls and robots. 

4) Photo Review

We'll then send you, and review with you, factory photos to make sure everything looks right before we ship!

5) Delivery or Pick Up

We can ship discreetly to your home in an unidentifiable brown box, or to a holding location near you (such as a UPS Store, Canpar Smartspot and more). Or, you can pick-up from our office / warehouse in Toronto (near the airport). All boxes are shipped from Toronto (Standard Shipping) with red security tape to ensure that only the intended owner opens the box.
