Personalized Delivery in Toronto

Standard couriers we use in Canada such as Canpar, Purolator, or even FedEx Ground and UPS do not provide a delivery window. This makes it hard to plan on our customer's part. They do not even guarantee a delivery date without us or our customer paying a huge premium. They can arrive at 9am, or 6pm.

Next-day shipping within Toronto or to Montreal can sometimes mean 2-day service if the driver requests a "helper" due to the weight of the package, or the courier is exceedingly busy. With the new Personalized Scheduled Delivery service, we utilize a private courier who can get your order delivered within a 2-hour window of your choice, avoiding rush hour, evenings and weekends.

Once we are ready to schedule the courier, we will contact you to find out your preferred date & time for delivery. You can provide specific instructions on where to leave the parcel in your absence, or authorize someone else to sign for your parcel. Our courier photographs and documents the delivery, and notes any damage to the box, but is not aware of the contents to protect your discretion and privacy. Remember that all our parcels also ship with tamper-proof security tape.

• you have an existing order which has not yet shipped to you
• you purchased using Standard Shipping or upgraded to Standard Shipping
• you are within a 30-45 minute drive of the Toronto-area (Zones 1-4 below)

Price will vary based on your Postal Code / Shipping Zone:

• $89 - Zone 1: 10 km radius of Hwy 400 & 401 (SD Canada's office & warehouse)
• $99 - Zone 2: 15 km radius (Downtown, Vaughan, Markham, parts of Mississauga)
• $109 - Zone 3: 25 km radius (Mississauga / Brampton, Scarborough)
• $129 - Zone 4: 50 km radius (Oakville / Burlington, Pickering / Ajax, King City)
